Our 2 bedroom executive and 3 bedroom apartments have an ensuite bathroom to the master bedroom. Apartments are serviced every seven days from check in. Additional servicing is available for an extra fee (please enquire).

City Point on Bourke is a modern apartment tower that incorporates a beautiful heritage facade and grand entry foyer. Friendly building staff and security personnel are on-site 7 days a week to ensure a welcoming and safe environment.
Your security is very important to us. Each apartment has video intercoms to the building entrance and access to the building, lifts and facilities is only by an electronic swipe which is provided on check-in.
Guests also have access to a large range of on-site recreational facilities. City Point is one of the very few buildings in the CBD with 2 full size tennis courts. There is also a 25m heated indoor lap pool, gymnasium and a sunny landscaped bbq area.

Bourke Street is one of Melbourne's oldest and most prestigious streets. It is home to corporate skyscrapers, the Victorian Parliament, Australia's premier shopping precinct and Melbourne's main transport hub.
City Point is less than 100 metres from Southern Cross Station. As well as being the terminus for all metro and regional train lines, Southern Cross is also the State's major bus terminal including the Skybus express airport service. Here you will also find a shopping centre; home to a Coles supermarket, general retail outlets and cafes.
Etihad Stadium (formerly Telstra Dome and Melbourne's second AFL stadium) is a short walk from City Point via the footbridge that leads to Docklands. Many of Melbourne's other famous sporting venues (including the MCG, Tennis Centre, Olympic Park, Flemington Racecourse and Albert Park) are all easily accessible by nearby trams and/or trains.
Within a pleasant 1km walk is Crown Casino, Aquarium, Rialto Observation Deck, Stock Exchange, Myer & Bourke St Mall, Docklands and the Melbourne Exhibition Centre/Convention Centre. Also within easy walking distance is Queen Victoria Market, Melbourne Central and Southgate.
